BQH Beyond Quantum Healing SESSION
What is BQH? BQH is a heart-based modality used for higher-self exploration of past lives, futures lives, speaking to past loved ones, ET connection and so much more. You are put into a very relaxed, meditative-like state, and you can explore without the Conscious Mind taking over. This is not Hypnosis as it does not follow the same clinical techniques as hypnosis would. BQH can offer insight, inspiration, answers, finding one’s purpose, healing and so much more. Everything is in the Quantum now! Let go of expectations and jump in!
Some things that can help you prepare:
1. What are your Intentions for your session? Give yourself some space on what you want out of this session. Intentions make quite a big difference in how your session can go. It’s a good idea to but a signal out to the universe but try to stay away from expectations! There is no way of knowing what you will experience or hear from! We will also do a Water Intention exercise before your session together and solidify your intentions. There is no pressure here, it’s just opening space for why you are booked a session; There is no wrong intention. People have a BQH session for different reasons. Here are some examples:
Health- some people may want to learn or understand why they are experiencing what they are experiencing or what the root cause is.
Relationships- You may want to understand lifelong patterns and ready to unfold more peace and harmony.
Life Path- You may be feeling lost. This could be work or feeling disconnected and wanting to find some direction and purpose.
Spirituality- You could be ready to open doors for unlocking your galactic history or wanting to hear from a guide or ascended master.
2. Making a connection with your Higher-Self. Open yourself to saying a little mantra in the coming days to help with your connection and communication during your session. Know that your Higher-Self connection is not outside of you but comes from within. “I have clear and direct communication with my Higher-Self” By saying this is like setting an intention and helping the mantra solidify. The Universe will respond.
3. Make sure you are Hydrated. Our bodies are 80%water. Whenever we are connecting with Source and the Quantum realm we are taking in more light. Your body will need the water to help for a smoother transition in integrating the information that comes from this realm. Start thinking about being hydrated leading up to your session. We will be doing a Water Alchemy before we start your session! FLOW is really a good thing! You will be drinking in your intention and if you need to use the restroom that’s even better! That means the energy- the intention is flowing through your body! We will both use the restroom before we start the session. But sometimes nature calls, and we can put the session on hold for any and all bathroom breaks.
4. Create a list of direct questions you would like to ask during your session. A common number is 7-10 questions. If it is more than 10 try to review your questions to see if there are any similarities and revise if needed. Sometimes it is better to get full, detailed, complete answers to fewer questions than getting quick, short answers from a lot of questions. Expect your questions to change! It may take a couple of lists of questions before you end up with the one you will send me! Examples of questions could be:
I am really struggling with my job right now and wanting to find a new job. Is that something I should do?
I had some weird things happen to me when I was younger. I’d like to know more details of what it was exactly and why?
I am in a new relationship. Is this person right for me?
I have had this ailment since childhood. I’d like to know why, and can it be healed?

5. Expectations. WE all have them. But it’s best to be as open as possible and leave them at the door. There is no way of predicting what will happen during any session. So, letting go of what you “want” to happen and being open to anything happening will actually help your session flow with ease. You will relax into a nice meditative state, which means you will bring part of your conscious mind with you. That’s not a bad thing as this will help you remember a little of what happened. Don’t stress if things get fuzzy the further you come out of your session. Some will come back to you and if not, it would be helpful to listen to your recording.
6. Eat a light snack or meal before your reading. You will want to be comfortable during your session so make sure your tummy isn’t rumbling!
7. Be sure to dress very comfortably. Like what you would wear on a lounge day with no plans. Loose clothing, minimal jewelry and maybe no mascara! It is common to get emotional- which is totally normal and totally welcomed as it is a sign of healing and release.
8. Give yourself time to just sit quiet. Create some space for just you, leading up to your session. Practice just listening to something calming and relaxing. Maybe meditation is preferred. You can also practice using your imagination. Practice creating something in your mind! Your Higher-Self and Source use your imagination as a language to speak to you. So, strengthening that would be helpful for your session! When doing these exercises see if you feel things? See things? Smell/taste things? Know things? Hear things? There are so many ways of receiving information and none of them are wrong. You may experience all these senses during your session.
9. ** AFTER YOUR SESSION** Take it easy after your session. It is a lot of information to take in. You may feel emotional, you may feel tired, you may feel fuzzy, or you may not feel any of those things. But it would be wise to not have any major plans after a session so that you may have the space to feel whatever you are feeling. finishing a session and jumping right back to work probably isn’t the best idea. Plan appropriately. But be gentle with yourself.
